We had a lovely stay! The room felt really homely and comfortable. The surrounding area is stunning. My favourite part was having coffee in the garden in the morning and watching the birds. It's not far at all to Hay-on-Wye and we enjoyed a great day out. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean. I'd definitely recommend staying here! Karen is super helpful and friendly!

Amazing stay! The room was full of character with the beams. Communication with Karen was excellent especially considering such short notice on our booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Herefordshire.

We absolutely loved our stay, the place was spotless and so calming and serene. The views from all the windows were stunning and being a 10/15 minute drive from Hay was perfect for us. We would thoroughly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Hereford and Karen was a fantastic host, warm, welcoming and incredibly thoughtful. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and a great base for exploring. Karen really made us feel welcome!

"My grandson wanted to try fishing so we booked the Hayloft and Dave for half a day. My grandson had a fabulous late afternoon session and caught four Barbel — one of them was huge. This was only his second time fishing. Dave 'Angling Escapades' was absolutely brilliant — very patient and encouraging. He provided all the equipment needed. The location (Letton) was so peaceful and was 5 mins from where we stayed. The accommodation was gorgeous, very clean and comfortable. My 16 year old grandson enjoyed the sofa bed. Thanks for a great stay."
